Remediating microbial growth on books

A local library sent us thousands of contaminated books that had been stored away in an unconditioned storage facility, resulting in microbial growth on the covers and pages.

Custom-made chambers were erected to decontaminate the books. After decontaminating the many books sent to us, we boxed them and returned them to the library, to be back in circulation.
