Storm caused damage to winery

A huge storm made its way through Maryland recently, directly impacted a local winery. The winery is situated near a creek, which overflowed and as a result, 18 inches of storm water inundated the production and tasting rooms.

Crews from SERVPRO of Laurel and SERVPRO of Greenbelt NE/Beltsville E completely cleaned and dried out this structure. We also had to perform some selective demolition in order to properly dry out certain areas.

The before photo is after we had extracted the water. The after photo captures the stage of removing walls that could not be salvaged and preventing microbial growth, rotting, etc. Repairs to restore walls, flooring, etc. were made to bring the winery back to operational.
