Storm caused flooded basement in area home

The finished basement of an area home flooded, causing extensive damage to the carpeting. The drywall and framing were also affected. Our team at SERVPRO of Laurel also discovered mold growth in the basement as a result of water damage.

We removed the mold and cleaned the affected area thoroughly. As you will notice in the photos, we removed all carpeting as well as appliances to completely dry up all moisture behind the walls. Our reconstruction team did an amazing job installing new carpet and repainting to totally restore the storm-damaged basement.
