Heavy rains infiltrate condo

Exterior grading issues caused heavy rains from a passing storm to infiltrate an area condominium. SERVPRO of Laurel was called on and responded quickly and started emergency mitigation services. 

On this loss, the storm water affected one whole bedroom. Our mitigation team responded first to extract water, and they had to remove the non-salvable carpet, affected drywall, and insulation to ensure a proper dry-out. 

Our Reconstruction Team immediately followed up after everything was dry with repairs to the drywall, baseboards and paint, and replaced the carpeting, making it “Like it never even happened.”
